2. The existing EziAgent Multi-tenant System, built on asp.net 4.7.2, requires urgent migration to latest technologies
3. Updating EziAgent for new features is overly complex, and the database has become excessively heavy.
4. Ensuring scalability and extendibility is crucial, especially considering the eventual discontinuation of the current system bridge.
